What is the competition about?
Theta is an award for ideas on products or processes that:
- Improve measurement and decision making in HR
- Allow both employees and organisations to grow - personally and financially
- Create positive experiences for employees and companies
- Inspire people's careers and professional development
Who can apply?
The competition is open to any student or recent university graduate who wants to present an idea that inspires innovation in HR. Apply using the form below.
Got an idea? As long as it is sound and thought through, it can be submitted. It doesn't need to have been implemented or put into practice or even have been piloted yet. Submitting is easy: in no more than 900 words outline the idea and submit using the form once the competition is open. Prior to opening you can email us at info(at)cut-e.com to get some sneak feedback and tips for your idea.
If you win you will get a starter pack with which to make you and your idea more successful! The award winner will receive help to turn the winning idea into reality. The package is a combination of coaching, marketing advice and support and a cash injection of four thousand Euro. As well as a trip to Hamburg to collect the prize and the chance to present the idea to over 150 HR professionals.
The first part of the selection will be through the cut-e internal jury. Suitable submissions will be open to crowd voting via social media - so get your idea submitted and your friends ready to like and vote. In some countries there will be local competitions in addition to the global one. cut-e reserves the right to make the final decision.
